Shipping Info/Return Policy
All items have a 2-3 week turnaround time. This does not include weekend or holidays. Some items (ie: bleached shirts) I can only make in certain weather, due to being made outside, so this could affect turnaround time if there is a large amount of orders. You will be notified if your order is going to be longer than the stated time.
Because everything is made to order, I do not accept returns/exchanges. If there is a mistake on my end, I will absolutely make it right and send a replacement item for you. I want you to LOVE your items, so please reach out within 3 days of receiving your item with any issues.
All packages are shipped via USPS first class/priority mail depending on size of package. These items all come with complimentary tracking information. Unfortunately, sometimes packages do get delayed or misplaced. I offer Route shipping insurance to cover the cost of a replacement item if this is the case for your order. If your item is delayed or lost and you do not select this feature at checkout, I will have to wait the full time that USPS requires to file a claim and cannot expedite this. Once an item is scanned delivered if you cannot find your item, please double check that the address was entered correctly at checkout. If the address is correct, USPS can pull up exact coordinates of where the package was dropped off. If it was at your location and you still don't have it, please file a stolen package report with your local police department and email me at email@example.com. After all steps have been taken and your package has still not been found, I will send a replacement!
